Everything You Need Know

STEP ONE: GET IN TOUCH

Pop me an email, a WhatsApp message or a DM.

In that message try to give me a little context - such as who is if for, if you want help designing or share any inspiration pictures or drawings you might have and also your timeline.

STEP TWO: VIDEO CALL

Next we will arrange a video call to discuss your ideas and design.

If your design includes stones, we will explore this together - I will be able to show you which stones I have in stock or what I can order in for you.

STEP THREE: QUOTE

Next you will receive the quote.

STEP FOUR: CREATING

Now I get to do the fun part of turning your design into metal!

Custom designs can take up to 3-5 weeks, depending on the design and if I need to order additional materials for it, such as gemstones.

STEP FOUR: COLLECT OR DELIVERY

You will be notified when your order is ready.

Depending on the option you chose when placing your custom order, your piece will either be delivered or you will be able to collect from my home studio in Chelsea Village.
