LOST WAX CASTING WORKSHOPS

Join me for a relaxed, hands-on workshop where you’ll learn the ancient process of lost wax casting -- creating your own jewellery design from wax, which will later be cast into metal.

Over 3 hours you’ll be guided through the process of carving a ring or a pendant. You’re welcome to arrive with ideas or inspiration, or simply allow the process to unfold naturally as you create.

No prior experience is needed. The workshops are beginner-friendly and intentionally small, creating a warm and welcoming space to slow down, connect, and explore creativity through making.

Finished pieces will be ready approximately 3 weeks after the workshop. You have the option to collect or have it delivered at an additional cost.

Whether you come with a clear design in mind or simply curiosity to try something new, the workshop is designed to be a creative and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

INCLUDED IN THE WORKSHOP:

  • All materials and tools

  • One piece professionally cast into brass, with up to 10g in metal weight

  • The option to cast your piece in silver for an additional cost (quoted on the day)

  • Your piece will be finished and polished by myself.

  • Tea, coffee, snacks, and mimosas.

Workshops take place from my cosy garden cottage in Chelsea Village, Wynberg.
